Great photos, Mike! You did a great job of keeping the light flattering on these. The third one is the best as far as lighting. There is enough light to see her eyes and face, but not so much that there are harsh shadows and highlights.
Critique: Try to place the subject off-center. It will give the photo much more visual interest and help emphasize the main subject.
